JENKINS family Ancestors

(2) 3x John SMITH (c1808 - 1893) [m ? ] Elizabeth JENKINS ( c1810 - 1895)
Elizabeth's birthplace and parentage are unknown She does indicate either Bedminster or Bristol as her birthplace on later census's, however have been unable to find her baptism in either place (and therefore her parents).
Neither can I find a marriage entry for her and John SMITH. For a long time I had to presume her maiden name was JENKINS, because four of her children have that as a middle name. However I have now proved this, by obtaining the birth certificate of one of those children which confirmed her maiden name.
On the 1851 census, the family have Elizabeth's widowed aunt Jane DUNSFOLD with them. It is therefore a possibility that this was Elizabeth's mother's maiden name, but searches on that name have been fruitless. One of her children was also given the middle name "Wesley", this is another possible maternal maiden name.
